About Haynes® 282 Alloy
Haynes® 282 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum superalloy engineered for outstanding mechanical strength, oxidation resistance, and long-term stability at elevated temperatures. Developed for service up to 1093°C (2000°F), it is ideal for environments such as gas turbines, high-temperature exhaust systems, and other industrial components requiring creep resistance, cyclic oxidation durability, and thermal reliability.
This alloy also offers excellent weldability and can be produced in a wide range of forms, including bars, plates, and custom-machined parts for demanding sectors like aerospace, petrochemical, and power generation.
