About UNS S32760
UNS S32760 is a high-alloy super duplex stainless steel known for its outstanding corrosion resistance, particularly in chloride-rich, acidic, and mechanically and thermally demanding environments. With a balanced microstructure (approximately 50% ferrite / 50% austenite), this alloy offers excellent tensile strength, pitting and stress corrosion cracking resistance, and good erosion resistance.
Originally developed for offshore applications, S32760 is now widely used across demanding industries including chemical processing, desalination, nuclear power, and renewable energy.
